Return conditions
You have 28 calendar days from the delivery date to return items to us. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within this timeframe to initiate the return process.
Please note the following return terms:
1. Reason for Return
Please provide a valid reason for your return to help us improve our services.
2. Package Inspection
Open and inspect your package in front of the delivery person. If the outer packaging is damaged, please note this when signing for the package. If you find the teapot is broken, please refuse delivery.
3. Failure to Inspect the Package
If you do not inspect the package in front of the delivery person and later discover damage to the teapot, please contact us within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement (excluding custom teapots), but you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
4. Returns After 24 Hours
If you discover damage more than 24 hours after signing for the package, we cannot verify the cause of the damage and will not accept the return.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product (excluding items clearly marked as "imperfect" on our website), we will replace it with a new one at no cost to you.
6. Return Policy for Change of Mind
If you simply do not like the product, you may return it within 28 calendar days, provided the teapot is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and does not affect our ability to resell it.
7. Teapot Testing
If you need to test the teapot, we permit opening the package and testing it with clean water only. Please avoid using any corrosive or colored liquids.
8. Return Requirements (Post-Testing)
If you are not satisfied with the test results, please return the teapot in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
9. Handcrafted Teapots Variance
Due to the handcrafted nature of our teapots, we cannot guarantee that each unit or batch will be identical.
10. Non-Acceptable Return Reasons
We do not accept returns for minor color differences, size discrepancies, slight capacity variations, or minor asymmetry that do not affect the teapot’s functionality.
11. Pre-Return Usage Caution
If you are unsure about returning the teapot, please refrain from using it for tea brewing.
12. Returns for Used Teapots
Once the teapot has been used, its color and clay texture may change, rendering it a second-hand item. Returns for used teapots will not be accepted.
13. Warranty
If your teapot cracks or deforms due to material or craftsmanship issues within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a free replacement.
14. Custom Teapots
Custom-made teapots are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
15. Return Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified by law or our defective product policy.
16. Coupon Refunds
Coupons used for the purchase are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund promptly. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

2. Transaction Fee Note
Please note that payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, credit card providers) charge non-refundable transaction fees for all orders. These fees will be deducted from your refund. We appreciate your understanding.
