Delivery Policy

Please read the following terms in their entirety, as they are the terms you agree to when you check the box that states "I agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy" (required to complete your purchase). These terms are binding, so if you do not agree to them, do not check the box indicating your agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from Yixing, Wuxi, China. Currently, we deliver to more than 40 countries worldwide. We strongly recommend that you create a user account and provide your full address and country information. Once completed, our shopping cart system will automatically select the best shipping method. If your address is not recognized or unavailable, please send us an email detailing your full address, and we will assist you promptly.

Please note that while we ship globally, we are based in Yixing, Wuxi, China. Our support team operates 24/7 for ticket & message submission, with live agent support available during China Standard Time (CST), 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM on business days.

For urgent order-related matters, please contact us during our live support hours. Any order changes require at least 8 hours’ notice before the end of our live support hours. Once an order is marked as "Fulfilled", no changes can be made, as this status indicates the order has been picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

1. Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

1) Handling Time

• In Stock: Ships within 1–3 business days.
• Out of Stock (On backorder): Ships within 60 days.
• Custom Orders: 60–90 business days. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.

PLEASE NOTE: Even if an item is in stock at the time of purchase, factors such as quality inspection, damage, or batch adjustments may cause delivery delays. We strive to deliver only flawless, exhibition-grade teapots, and their craftsmanship makes the wait worthwhile.

2) Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on your location. In general, delivery takes 5–7 business days for most countries. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods
Currently, we offer free standard shipping on all orders. Parcels are shipped via reliable international couriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, SF Express, and EMS. The final carrier is automatically assigned based on your delivery address to ensure speed and reliability.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We recommend using www.17track.net for real-time tracking updates.

Duties | Taxes | Customs Policy

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional import fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities. If you require specific declarations or documentation with your parcel, please leave a note during checkout.

Customs authorities may occasionally open and inspect parcels. We are not liable for any decisions or actions taken by customs agencies.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal by the recipient, customs rejection, or any other reason outside our control, we cannot be held responsible. We may attempt to reship the parcel at your expense, covering both return and reshipping costs.

Refunds for returned parcels: Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost, return shipping fees to our Yixing warehouse, and a 20% service & restocking fee.
No refunds will be issued for orders placed more than 90 days prior.

To avoid delays or issues, please familiarize yourself with your country’s import regulations. If you require special documentation, certificates, or invoices, please inform us before placing your order.
