"Public consumption" includes disclosure and authorization to share via DXY’s Official Account.
3. How Does DXY Collect Your Personal Information?
We may collect your personal information directly or indirectly to better serve you. In most cases, we collect information directly from you:
1) Registration and Ordering. To provide you with products, you will need to provide personal information during online registration, including but not limited to your name, gender, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, email address, and financial information (e.g., credit card number). We may also ask for your country of residence and/or your organization’s country of operation to comply with applicable laws and regulations. This information is used for billing, order processing, and communicating with you about your order and our website.
2) Payment. We may collect your personal information through forms provided by payment service providers, including but not limited to your card number, card type, card verification value (CVV), billing address, name, email address, and phone number. Importantly, we do not retain any payment-related information. Generally, the payment service you select to complete your order will store and maintain this information.
3) Delivery. Your delivery address, recipient name, and associated phone number are required to deliver the products you order. You must provide this minimum information to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
4) Product Reviews. We may contact you via email to invite you to submit product reviews, and we may request your location information. Your email address will be kept private, but your location may be visible to other users. Any other personal information you choose to include in your review will be accessible to other website visitors.
4. How Are Cookies and Other Technologies Used to Collect Information?
We may use cookies or other similar tracking technologies (collectively "Cookies") to collect certain information about you when you visit our website. Cookies are small, simple text files stored on your computer or mobile device when you access our platform. "Similar technologies" (encompassed by the general term "Cookies") include local storage objects (sometimes called "flash cookies"), web beacons, pixels, browser fingerprinting technologies, or any technology that stores or accesses information on a user’s device. Recognizing your browser or device is essential for providing our services. For example, if you block or reject our Cookies, you may be unable to add products to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, or use any Services that require you to sign in. For details, please refer to our Cookie Notice.
5. Does DXY Share Your Personal Information?
We sell merchandise, not information — We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal or financial information. We will only disclose your personal or financial information in the following specific circumstances:
1) Third-party service providers: Like most online retailers, we occasionally engage third-party service providers to perform specific functions on our behalf. Any information disclosed to them is solely to ensure the full performance of the concluded contract. For example, delivery services require your basic information (name, shipping address, and phone number) to enable carriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS, or other national postal services to complete customs clearance and delivery. Additionally, to improve your experience, we may use your information on a minimal scale to monitor the quality of third-party services. During payment processing, information required by payment service providers or financial institutions is collected by DXY’s affiliates; however, neither these affiliates nor DXY processes this payment information.
2) Non-personally identifiable information: We may share information that does not identify you or any other user (e.g., the number of daily visitors to a specific page or the total value of orders placed on a certain date) with third parties such as advertising partners. For example, pseudonymization is applied in the [*] column, which displays our product images without disclosing your identity.
3) Merger and/or sale of assets: We do not typically trade personal information with other companies. However, as part of business development, we may acquire other companies, merge with them, or be acquired by another company. In such cases, customer information may be transferred (in whole or in part) as business assets, provided that the existing Privacy Notice remains in effect.
4) Protection of DXY and Others: We may disclose account and other personal information as required by law to protect ourselves, our customers, or others; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of DXY, our users, or others. This includes sharing information with other companies, entities, institutions, organizations, or government authorities for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction. Additionally, DXY and our processors reserve the right to report any activities we reasonably believe to be unlawful to law enforcement agencies.
We may update the types of personal information we share and the purposes for sharing from time to time, as permitted by law.
6. How Does DXY Secure Personal Information?
1) This Service uses technical and organizational measures to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of your personal information.
2) We work to protect the security of your personal information during transmission by using encryption protocols and software.
3) We comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of customer personal information.
4) We implement role-based access controls to limit employee access to your personal data.
5) We only partner with service providers that maintain adequate data protection measures to prevent data breaches.
6) It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password, computers, devices, and applications. We recommend using a unique password for your DXY account that is not used for other online accounts. Be sure to sign out when finished using a shared computer. You can sign out of your DXY account by selecting "Sign Out".
7. What Is the Arrangement for Advertising and Promotion?
1) Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites: DXY may include third-party advertisements and links to other websites and apps. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services. As noted above, these advertisements and promotions are linked to the affiliated websites referenced in "Examples of your personal information shared with a third party".
2) Use of Third-Party Advertising Services: Third-party advertisers deliver DXY advertisements using information we provide. To ensure your peace of mind, we share only the minimum necessary scope of personal information with them.
3) Personalized Advertising Service: We will obtain your explicit consent before sending you personalized advertisements, surveys, questionnaires, or promotions for our products. You may opt out of advertising through "Email Subscription" settings, contact customer service, or reply to the email to object (if stated otherwise). Like other online ad networks, we use cookies, web beacons (also known as action tags or single-pixel gifs), and other technologies to learn about which ads you see, which ads you click, and other actions you take on our websites and other sites. This allows us to provide you with more useful and relevant ads. For example, we may use Google Analytics or other tracking/marketing tools or combined technologies to track your browsing or purchase history and location. For more information about cookie tracking, please refer to our Cookie Notice.
Once you complete the registration process, email subscription is enabled by default to allow us to send you direct marketing communications. However, you may modify your email subscription settings if you do not wish to receive promotional or advertising information.
8. What Information Can You Access?
As a customer, you have the right to access your personal information. You can access most of your data online by logging into your DXY account and clicking the "Personal Center" tab. From your account, you can also modify or update your personal information at your convenience.
9. What Choices Do You Have Regarding DXY’s Collection of Your Information?
You are welcome to raise any questions about how we collect and process your personal information by contacting our Customer Service.
If you choose not to provide necessary information for our services, we may be unable to provide you with those services. You have the right to correct your personal information through "Account Settings" (see "What Information Can Customers Access?"). After updates or corrections, we may retain a copy of your previous records.
You have the right to opt out of receiving emails or other communications from us by using the Account Settings functions. This right also applies to mobile apps, and you may adjust settings on your mobile device accordingly.
To block cookies on your computer, the Help feature on most browsers and devices will explain how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies, notify you when you receive a new cookie, or disable cookies entirely. Because cookies are required for certain essential services (e.g., adding items to your shopping cart, checking out, or signing in), we recommend leaving them enabled.
If you wish to browse our website without linking your browsing history to your account, you may do so by logging out of your account and blocking cookies on your browser.
For opt-out settings that cannot be changed directly on the platform, please contact our Customer Service for assistance. Additionally, you may request DXY to delete your account and associated information, or request a copy of your personal information. Please note that processing such requests may require significant time, and you may be charged a fee of USD 1 or EUR 1 for providing a complete copy of your personal data.
10. How Long Does DXY Keep Your Personal Information?
We retain your personal information to enable your continued use of our Services, for as long as necessary to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as required by law (e.g., for tax and accounting purposes), or as otherwise communicated to you. For example, we retain your transaction history to allow you to review past purchases (and place repeat orders if desired), track delivery addresses, and protect your privacy rights.
11. Users from the European Union?
For users residing in the European Union, the following special provisions apply pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may exercise the following rights under the GDPR:
Right of Access. Whether you are a visitor or a customer, you have the right to access your personal information to confirm whether it is being processed. You also have the right to obtain detailed information about:

Right to Rectification. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may correct and complete the information yourself or notify us to assist you.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"). You have the right to request the erasure of your personal information. We will use available technologies to erase your personal data, including but not limited to pseudonymization, de-identification, and permanent deletion. However, we may be unable to comply with such requests for reasons related to exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, compliance with legal obligations, protection of public interest in public health, archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes, statistical purposes, or legitimate defense.
Right to Restriction of Processing. Before exercising certain rights, you may be required to cooperate with us to verify your identity. When contacting us, please provide your name, address, and/or email address. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to your request. The verification process will vary depending on the sensitivity of your personal information and whether you have an account with us, but we will respond to you within the time frame required by the GDPR.
Right to Data Portability. You may request the transfer of personal data you have provided to us (based on consent or contract) to a third party, where such processing is automated. Whether such transfer is technically feasible, please contact our Customer Service for confirmation. We will attempt to ensure your data is transferred to a third party in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, where technically feasible.
Right to Object. You may object to direct marketing. Please refer to "What Choices Do You Have Regarding DXY’s Collection of Your Information?" for details.

Alternatively, you may exercise the right to object to automated decision-making by contacting our Data Protection Officer (policy@dxyzisha.com) or Customer Service.
Withdrawal of Consent. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Please note that withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to the withdrawal.
