You have 28 days from the delivery date to return the item to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 28 days to initiate the return process.
Please note the following terms:
1.Reason for Return:
Please provide a valid reason for the return to help us improve our services.
2.Package Inspection:
Open and inspect your package in front of the delivery person. If the outer packaging is damaged, please note it at the time of signing for the package. If you notice the teapot is broken, please refuse the delivery.
3.Failure to Inspect the Package:
If you fail to inspect the package in front of the delivery person and later find damage to the teapot, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos of the damage. We will replace the teapot (except for custom teapots), but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
4.Returns After 24 Hours:
If you discover damage after 24 hours of signing for the package, we cannot verify the cause of the damage and will not accept the return.
5.Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product (excluding those clearly marked as "imperfect" on our website), we will replace it with a new one at no cost to you.
6.Return Policy for Change of Mind:
If you simply don’t like the product, you can return it within 28 days, provided the teapot is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, and that it does not affect our ability to resell it.
7.Teapot Testing:
If you need to test the teapot, we allow you to open the package and test it with clean water, but please avoid using any corrosive or colored liquids.
8.Return Requirements:
If you're not satisfied with the test results, please ensure you return the teapot in its original packaging to prevent any damage during the return process.
9.Handcrafted Teapots Variance:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our teapots, we cannot guarantee that each batch will be identical.
10.Return Conditions:
We do not accept returns for minor color differences, size discrepancies, slight variations in capacity, or minor asymmetry that do not affect the function of the teapot.
11.Returns After Use:
If you're unsure about whether or not you want to return the teapot, please refrain from using it for brewing.
12.Teapots After Use:
Once the teapot has been used for a period of time, the color and clay texture may change, making it a second-hand product. Returns will not be accepted.
13.Custom Teapots:
Custom-made teapots are not eligible for returns.
14.Return Shipping Fees:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
15.Coupon Refunds:
Coupons are not refundable.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
1.Refund Time
Your refund will be returned to the same method of payment. The process typically takes between 7-15 days, depending on the processing speed of your local credit card provider or bank.
2.Refund Fee
Please note that we charge a small refund processing fee to cover the transaction fees incurred by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, and our credit card processor). These processors retain between 3%-4.4% of the transaction amount when processing refunds. We appreciate your understanding.
