Delivery policy (update 2024.3.1)

Please read the following terms in their entirety, as they are the terms you are agreeing to when you check the box that says "I agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy" before you are able to complete your purchase. These terms are binding, so if you do not agree to them, do not check the box indicating you do.

We ship all orders from Yixing, Wuxi in China. Currently we ship to more than 40 countries worldwide. We strongly recommend that you create a user account with your address and country information. Once this is done, our shopping cart system will automatically select the best shipping methods . If your address is not available please send us an email with detailing your address details, and we will help you.

Please keep in mind that, although we ship worldwide, we are based in the china and we ship from Yixing,Wuxi. As much as we would like to, we can't be online 24 hours. Our customer support is located in the CHINA and is able to answer general questions for a good part of each day, but if you have an urgent matter regarding your order, please contact us between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM China Shanghai Time. If any changes need to be made to your order, it’s important that we have enough time to contact our warehouse, typically about 8 hours before customer support hours. Once an order has been marked as fulfilled, no changes can be made, as 'fulfilled' means the order has been picked, packed, and prepared for shipping.

1) Handling time

In Stock : Ships within 1-3 business days.

Out of stock: ships within 4 weeks.

Custom orders : 60-90 days.

PLEASE NOTE : Even if an item is in stock at the time of purchase, but factors such as damage, defects, or batch issues may cause delays in delivery.We strive to deliver the perfect teapot, and its beauty makes the wait worthwhile.

2) Shipping time

Depends on your address. In general, it will take 5-7 days to most countries.Please wait patiently. 

2. Shipping Methods

Currently, we offer one shipping option: Free Shipping.

All parcels are shipped via EMS, DHL, SF, UPS, TNT, FedEx, or by Air.

The shipping method depends on your address. Our goal is to provide a great shopping experience, and we hope that parcels will reach you as soon as possible.

3. Tracking order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. We recommend using 'www.17track.net' for tracking updates.

Duties | Taxes | Customs policy

Please note that we are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be imposed on parcels entering your country. If you require any specific declarations or documentation to be included with your parcel, please leave a note when placing your order.

Occasionally, customs may open parcels to inspect their contents. We are not liable for any actions taken by customs.

If your parcel is returned to us as "undeliverable," "wrong address," or due to denial by your customs agency (or any other reason), we cannot be held responsible. We can attempt to reship the parcel, but you will be charged for the return shipping as well as the cost of reshipping. Please note that refunds are not issued for 100% of returned items. You will receive a refund minus the original shipping cost, the return shipping fee to Yixing, and a 30% restocking fee. If the order was placed more than 6 months ago, no refund will be issued.

To avoid unnecessary delays and complications, please familiarize yourself with the customs requirements of your country. If you require specific documentation, certificates, or invoices to be included with your parcel, please inform us prior to placing your order.
